智通财经APP讯，HPC HOLDINGS(01742)发布公告，根据本集团目前所得资料的初步评估并受限于资产的任何减值调整、公平值变动及/或拨备调整或其他调整，本集团预期截至2025年10月31日止年度的除税后溢利将较截至2024年10月31日止年度的经审核业绩取得显著增加，增幅约4380万新加坡元，由截至2024年10月31日止年度的亏损约850万新加坡元增加至截至2025年10月31日止年度的除税后溢利约3530万新加坡元。
除税后溢利预期显著增加乃主要由于(其中包括)以下原因：由于按时完成若干日程紧张的项目，故收益激增;于年内完成议价购买产生的公平值收益。
董事会认为由于保持充足储备及流动资金，本集团的财务状况仍然稳健。
