智通财经APP讯，信利国际(00732)公布，于2026年1月9日，公司间接全资附属公司信利光电及光电仁寿与集团联营公司信利仁寿订立增资协议，据此信利光电同意向光电仁寿注资合计人民币5亿元，且信利仁寿同意向光电仁寿注资合计人民币3.4亿元。于本公告日期，光电仁寿由信利光电全资拥有，而信利光电已向光电仁寿注资合计人民币1000万元。增资协议完成后，公司于光电仁寿的股权将由100%减至60%。
光电仁寿计划投资一个显示元件及模组生产线项目。订立增资协议及根据增资协议进行增资符合本计划，并将为生产线项目提供必要的资金。
