智通财经APP讯，赛伯乐国际控股(01020)发布公告，于股东在股东特别大会上通过批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已发出更改名称的注册成立证书，证明公司英文名称已由“Cybernaut International Holdings Company Limited”更改为“Ciprun Technology Holdings Company Limited”，并已采纳中文名称“中细软科技控股有限公司”为第二中文名称以取代其前中文名称“赛伯乐国际控股有限公司”，均自2025年12月16日起生效。
香港公司注册处处长于2026年1月16日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认公司的新英文及中文名称已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册登记。
于更改公司名称生效后，公司于香港联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“CYBERNAUT INT’L”更改为“CIPRUN TECH”，而中文股份简称将由“赛伯乐国际控股”更改为“中细软科技”，自2026年1月23日上午九时正起生效。公司于香港联交所的股份代号保持不变，仍为“01020”。
