南方财经1月20日电，金风科技公告称，董事会审议通过终止基础设施公募REITs申报发行工作。公司2021年启动申报，原拟将全南天排山、崇义龙归、崇义天星三大风电项目纳入入池资产，后调整为全南天排山项目；2023年9月由项目基金管理人建信基金、资产支持专项计划管理人建信资本向中国证监会以及深交所提交申报材料并获受理。终止原因为整合项目资源、优化运营管理，公司称不影响经营及财务。
