Chuanglian (HKG:2371) said it completed the issue of around 13.2 million shares to settle about HK$5 million in debt, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
The shares were issued to two creditors who had lent HK$3 million and HK$2 million to the firm, respectively.
