Vista Group International Says UBS Ceases to be a Substantial Shareholder; Shares Hit Lowest in Nearly Two Years

Vista Group International (ASX:VGL, NZE:VGL) received notice that UBS Group and its affiliated entities are no longer substantial holders of the company from Jan. 16, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
UBS Group became a substantial holder of the company on Jan. 5, with a 5% total voting power, an earlier filing showed.
The group now owns a 4.87% stake, per the Tuesday filing.
The company's Australian shares rose around 1% in recent Tuesday's trading but earlier hit their lowest since May 2024.
