智通财经APP讯，新城市建设发展(00456)发布公告，于2026年1月16日，董事会接获惠州仲裁委员会作出的仲裁裁决，根据裁决，公司附属公司芙地国际控股有限公司、洛阳万亨置业有限公司及Kayuan Enterprise Investment Co. Limited作为被申请人败诉，须向广东畅纳投资开发有限公司(独立于集团的第三方)(申请人)作出损害赔偿人民币2333.98万元并支付仲裁费用人民币29.2万元。裁决源于违约，涉及申请人与被申请人在集团日常业务过程中于2023年8月10日就(其中包括)中国广州畅流工业园区(由集团拥有)的租赁安排订立的发展合作合同。
集团正就裁决寻求法律意见。当集团根据上市规则采取进一步行动时，将另行作出回应。公司认为裁决对集团整体现有业务营运并无重大不利影响。
