　　中国新消费集团（08275）发布公告，于2026年1月16日，本集团与广东海创馨源科技有限公司订立并无法律约束力的谅解备忘录，内容有关广东海创馨源科技产业园的建设项目（潜在建设项目），合约总值为人民币4.5亿元。

　　海创馨源为一间于中华人民共和国成立的有限公司，主要从事科技产业园的开发及营运。

　　科技产业园专注以汽车零部件及相关上下游产业作为核心发展方向。科技产业园的预计投资总额达人民币20亿元，总建筑面积达约25万平方米。科技产业园以“番禺区高标准产业园”作定位，将会发展为集顶级办公室空间、研发创新设施、轻工业生产区、高标准厂房及独立或半独立式总部于一身的现代化产业综合体，致力在大湾区建立具顶尖水准的产学研生态体系。

　　本公司正策略规划在中华人民共和国境内扩大旗下建造营运，并力求取得多个建设许可证，以承担总承包商的责任。董事会认为，承担潜在建设项目与本公司的发展策略相符，有助本集团把握营商机遇。有关商机可提升本集团的财务状况及盈利能力，并可为本集团的长远业务发展作出贡献。
