Fantasia (HKG:1777) said a Hong Kong court has ordered a meeting of scheme creditors to be held on Feb. 20 to consider its proposed offshore debt restructuring, according to a Jan. 16 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the property developer were up over 2% in Monday morning trade.
Separately, the company said a hearing for its proposed Cayman Islands scheme of arrangement is scheduled for Jan. 23.
