智通财经APP获悉，2026年1月，贝壳-W(02423)正式在全平台启动“三必做六禁止”自律行动，重申中性市场观，并于16日推出平台员工及经纪人自愿签署承诺书活动，推动房产经纪服务回归专业与诚信本质。据悉，已有超过8万名经纪人、店东及平台员工主动签署承诺书。有些经纪人非常积极，还在朋友圈等社交平台晒出承诺书，表明“恪守中性市场观”立场。此次贝壳发起的“恪守中性市场观承诺书”活动，是去年贝壳发布公共行为规范以来的升级举动，继平台在内部启动了巡查，并对杭州等地进行了内部严厉处罚之后，全平台再次重申“中性市场观”系列宣导行动的重要一环。
