ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 报道，纳斯达克上市 Solana 财库公司 Sharps Technology (STSS) 宣布已与 SOL Markets 达成一项为期 90 天的股票锁仓协议。根据该协议 SOL Markets 同意在 90 天内限制出售其顾问认股权证及相关股票，该协议自 2026 年 1 月 16 日起生效。此前 Sharps Technology 董事会已批准一项高达 1 亿美元的股票回购计划，目前正通过与 Coinbase、Crypto.com 和 Jupiter 的战略合作开发一个通用的数字身份和认证框架。
