1月19日，吉宏股份（002803）发布公告，预计2025年度业绩将实现显著增长。根据公告，2025年度净利润预计在3.31亿元至3.49亿元之间，较上年同期1.84亿元增长79.40%至89.26%；归母净利润预计为2.73亿元至2.91亿元，同比增长50.00%至60.00%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计为2.40亿元至2.58亿元，同比增长49.98%至61.35%；基本每股收益预计在0.66元/股至0.70元/股之间，上年同期为0.49元/股。
业绩增长的主要原因包括包装业务和跨境社交电商业务的强劲表现。随着消费市场的复苏，包装需求稳步增长，公司与行业龙头企业的长期战略合作提升了运营效率和盈利能力。同时，公司的技术驱动和数字化运营能力的提升，使得跨境社交电商业务的营收和利润也实现了较大幅度的增长。这些因素共同推动了公司的整体业绩提升。
2025年前三季度，吉宏股份实现收入50.39亿元，归母净利润2.16亿元。
