Mediwelcome Healthcare Management & Technology (HKG:2159) said it was exploring the purchase of artificial intelligence firm MediAI Technology Development, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
The target primarily provides artificial intelligence technology to global pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Mediwelcome said it entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with the sellers under which it has six months to enter a formal agreement.
