智通财经APP讯，易居企业控股(02048)发布公告，内容有关公司收购乐居控股有限公司(乐居)大部分股权。北京乐居主要从事网上广告(即允许客户在乐居集团及其他独立发布商拥有的网上媒体及平台上投放广告的服务)及中国房地产行业的电子商务业务。近年来，集团的营运受到中国房地产行业持续及前所未有的低迷的负面影响，导致乐居对集团业务的贡献大幅下降。特别是，乐居已大幅停止向潜在房地产买家销售折扣券的电子商务业务，且网上广告业务金额亦大幅减少，并主要由北京家菊就进行。因此，北京乐居不再对乐居及集团的业务作出有意义的贡献。鉴于上述情况，公司决定终止有关北京乐居的合约安排(北京乐居合约安排)符合公司及其股东的最佳利益。因此，相关订约方订立终止协议以终止北京乐居合约安排。
于本公告日期，北京乐居合约安排已终止。因此，北京乐居及乐居好房(为北京乐居主要从事房地产电子商务的附属公司)各自不再为集团的并表联属实体，且北京乐居及乐居好房各自的财务业绩不再并入集团的财务业绩。为免生疑问，有关北京家菊就的合约安排仍然有效，且乐居仍为公司的附属公司。
