智通财经APP获悉，内房股表现活跃，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)涨3.5%，报0.148港元；绿城中国(03900)涨2.95%，报9.07港元；中国海外宏洋集团(00081)涨2.46%，报2.08港元；富力地产(02777)涨2%，报0.51港元。
消息面上，国家统计局发布的数据显示，2025年12月份，一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格环比下降0.3%，降幅比上月收窄0.1个百分点。其中，上海上涨0.2%。申万宏源认为，我国房地产基本面已经历深度调整，考虑到近期中央要求“着力稳定房地产市场”，并今年年初央媒《求是》为房地产重磅发声，其中强调地产金融属性、居民资产负债表及建议政策一次性给足，房地产表态出现积极转变，后续行业政策值得期待。而目前板块配置创历史新低，部分优质企业PB估值或绝对市值已处于历史低位，已具备吸引力。
