高科桥（09963）发布公告，高科桥与天津银湖于2026年1月16日签署了《购买框架协议》，根据该协定，高科桥同意在年度上限范围内购买、天津银湖同意在年度上限范围内出售光纤预制棒。
董事认为，向天津银湖采购光纤预制棒将使本集团能够把握此类市场机遇，并符合本集团的业务战略，具体体现在以下方面：本集团与天津银湖关系密切，为争取更优商业条款奠定理想谈判基础；天津银湖产品品质卓越且定价合理，在国内市场具备显着竞争优势；在市场对光纤预制棒需求持续增长之际，天津银湖可于合约期内为高科桥提供稳定可靠的原料供应；及高科桥原光纤预制棒供应商为一日本企业，因产能不足已停止供货。而天津银湖拥有同类生产设备与技术，其产品可完美匹配高科桥的设备及生产流程。
