亿咖通科技宣布，已于2026年1月8日与吉利投资控股有限公司（简称“吉利控股集团”）签署股份认购协议。根据协议，吉利控股集团将通过定向配售，以每股1.67美元的价格，认购ECARX总计27,297,002股新发行的A类普通股，总投资额达4,560万美元。吉利控股集团通过此次定向配售的普通股将设有6个月锁定期，某些例外情况除外。
数据显示，亿咖通科技2025年第三季度收入2.199亿美元，同比增长11%；毛利润4,760万美元，同比增长39%；并实现净利润90万美元、调整后EBITDA盈利830万美元。同时，公司技术产品单季度出货量66.7万套，全球累计装车量近1,000万辆，订单储备超过25亿美元。
