Summerset Group's Occupation Rights Sales Rise in Q4 2025

Summerset Group Holdings (NZE:SUM, ASX:SNZ) sold 448 occupation rights in the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, up from 361 occupation rights a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The total for the reported period comprised 207 new sales and 241 resales, per the filing.

The company closed 2025 with 1,560 total sales, up 26% from 1,238 total sales in 2024, the filing said.

The company delivered 637 units for sale under occupation right agreements in New Zealand and 56 in Australia in 2025, meeting its target range of 600 to 650 units and 50 to 80 units, respectively, the filing added.

The company's New Zealand shares rose past 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
