智通财经APP获悉，国美零售(00493)盘中涨超33%，截至发稿，涨20%，报0.018港元，成交额806.36万港元。
消息面上，1月16日，国美零售发布公告称，公司拟向上海金铂鼎企业服务有限公司、中科泰岳科技有限公司配发合计251.08亿股普通股，通过债转股方式化解约3.37亿元人民币债务。本次发行价为每股港0.015港元，新股占经扩大后股本34.40%，所发行股份将全额用于抵偿对应债权人的债务。
公告指出，此次交易将有助于公司部分解决债务风险，并“支持恢复本公司整体信誉及长期业务运营”。董事会认为，认购条款经公平磋商厘定，符合公司及股东整体利益，且认购股份的发行价属公平合理。通过此次市场化方式化解债务，国美零售的财务结构将得以优化，财务稳健性获得增强，为公司长期业务运营奠定坚实基础。
