Liquor manufacturer United Breweries (NSE:UBL, BOM:532478) has agreed to sell eight acres of the company's industrial land in the Nacharam Industrial area of Hyderabad, India, for 808 million Indian rupees, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The land will be sold to Topsun Solar.
