智通财经APP获悉，小菜园(00999)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.68%，报8.74港元，成交额1344.74万港元。
消息面上，近日，小菜园发布公告，于2026年1月13日(交易时段后)，小菜园餐饮(公司全资附属公司)、邓高科先生及田春永先生订立合作协议，内容有关(其中包括)各订约方同意共同出资成立合资公司，开展包括但不限于线上商城、“社区即食小店”等业务。本次交易完成后，合资公司将成为公司非全资附属公司。
公告称，合资公司将挖掘优质供应链资源的增长潜力，打造集线上商城、社区零售与即时餐饮于一体的新型食品消费平台，提升品牌价值与市场占有率，促进集团整体战略目标的实现，进一步增强集团市场竞争力。
