智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，1月19日，西普尼(02583)股东将股票由平安证券(香港)转入盈立证券，转仓市值4.16亿港元，占比3.60%。
西普尼公告，根据对集团截至2025年11月30日止十一个月未经审核综合管理帐目初步审阅，其录得净利润超过人民币九千万元。根据集团现有资料，相对于截至2024年12月31日止年度净利润约人民币四千九百万元，预期集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得更高的净利润。集团净利润的预期增长主要基于：(1)由于饰品的销售收入增加；及(2)由于销售手表的毛利率增加。
