智通财经APP讯，康耐特光学(02276)公布，于2026年1月19日(交易时段后)，朝日镜片(公司直接全资附属公司)与歌尔光学订立合资协议，据此将成立合资企业以从事应用于AI╱AR╱VR╱ MR眼镜领域的智慧眼镜专用定制镜片、光波导目镜(含近视矫正型与非矫正型光波导元件)以及电致变色与眼球追踪功能目镜对应光电元件的研发、生产及销售业务。
合资企业的初始注册资本为100万美元(约780万港元)，朝日镜片与歌尔光学分别同意认购30万美元(约234万港元)及70万美元(约546万港元)，分别占合资企业注册资本的30.0%及70.0%。
初始出资后及于2026年6月30日前，合资企业资本将额外增加200万美元(约1560万港元)，其中歌尔光学出资140万美元及朝日镜片出资60万美元。上述额外注资完成后，朝日镜片与歌尔光学分别继续持有合资企业的 30.0%及70.0%的注册资本。
