New home prices in China declined further by 0.4% month-on-month in December 2025, Reuters reported, citing data from the National Bureau of Statistics released Monday.

The rate of deceleration was unchanged since November, according to the newswire.

On an annual basis, new home prices fell 2.7% in December, the fastest in five months, and also faster than the 2.4% decline in November, according to Reuters.
