IT之家 1 月 19 日消息，据曹操出行官方 1 月 16 日消息，曹操出行试点遗留物自动报失功能，前瞻优化 Robotaxi 服务场景。
全国超 1300 辆曹操出行定制车化身自动“AI 巡查员”，通过视觉大模型对车内遗留物进行智能识别，主动识别车内遗留物并实时报失。
在出行场景中，乘客不慎将个人物品遗留在车内的情况时有发生。传统处理流程依赖人工发现与上报，环节繁琐且效率较低。
曹操出行基于独有的定制车，试点上线的遗留物品自动报失功能，通过视觉大模型对车内遗留物品进行智能识别，自动识别手机、电脑、背包等常见的高价值遗留物，可在乘客下车后自动触发，并及时通知乘客。
IT之家从公告获悉，目前该功能已在全国超 1300 辆曹操出行定制车上投入使用。上线 10 天，已成功识别并处理 10 余起乘客手机遗失事件，帮助乘客挽回财产损失。
现阶段上线的遗留物自动识别等舱内智能双摄功能，未来将用于提升 Robotaxi 的服务水平与乘客体验，构建起 Robotaxi 时代的自动化服务体系。
