消息面上，1月18日晚，重塑能源发布公告称，配售453.6万股新股，相当于扩大后H股7.3%；配售价58.38港元，较1月16日收报折让18.01%。集资总额2.65亿港元，所得净额2.58亿港元，其中50%拟用作偿还银行贷款及租赁负债；余额用作一般公司用途。
