金吾财讯 | 内房股普跌，截至发稿，碧桂园(02007)跌7.89%，金辉控股(09993)跌3.80%，雅居乐集团(03383)跌3.28%，远洋集团(03377)跌2.94%，世茂集团(00813)跌1.96%，融创中国(01918)跌1.74%，龙光集团(03380)跌1.32%。国家统计局数据显示，12月份，一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比下降1.7%，降幅比上月扩大0.5个百分点。其中，上海上涨4.8%，北京、广州和深圳分别下降2.4%、4.8%和4.4%。二、三线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比分别下降2.5%和3.7%，降幅分别扩大0.3个和0.2个百分点。12月份，一线城市二手住宅销售价格同比下降7.0%，降幅比上月扩大1.2个百分点。其中，北京、上海、广州和深圳分别下降8.5%、6.1%、7.8%和5.4%。二、三线城市二手住宅销售价格同比均下降6.0%，降幅分别扩大0.4个和0.2个百分点。
