Finder Energy Issues 37.2 Million Shares to Amplus Energy for PJI Acquisition

Finder Energy Holdings (ASX:FDR) has issued 37.2 million fully paid ordinary shares to Amplus Energy, finalizing part of the $15 million consideration for the acquisition of the Petrojarl I (PJI), a floating production storage and offloading vessel, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The shares, issued at AU$0.37 each, were approved by shareholders at the company's meeting on Jan. 12, the filing said.
The new shares will rank equally with the company's existing ordinary shares, the filing added.
