赛目科技（02571）发布公告，于本公告日期，本公司的公众持股量约为22.58%，其低于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则（上市规则）第19A.28B（1）（a）条规定的最低百分比（即25%）。有关不足乃由于322.62万股股份（占本公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约2.42%）由中银国际信托（香港）有限公司（中银国际信托，其乃本公司于2025年6月17日采纳的2025年H股奖励信托计划的受托人）为非核心关连人士的合资格参与者持有。该等股份尚未授予参与者，故不被视为公众持股量的一部分。
