路透1月16日 - AES Corp AES.N周五表示，将对其位于保加利亚的Maritza燃煤 电厂计提2.5亿至3.25亿美元的税前减值费用，理由是其购电协议于今年5月到期后的运营存在不确定性。
在一份监管文件中，该公司表示，这笔费用将于 2025 年 12 月 31 日确认，主要原因是该资产的未来用途有限，而且 账面价值无法收回。
该公司补充说，预计这不会影响电厂履行其义务或根据当前协议产生现金流的能力。
AES 表示正在 就新的 PPA进行谈判 ，但尚未达成协议。
该公司已于 2025 年第四季度决定不再投资将该电厂转换为替代燃料。
