智通财经APP讯，兴业控股(00132)发布公告，于2026年1月20日，本公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人上栗县益森能源科技有限公司订立融资租赁，以代价人民币1000万元(相当于约1120万港元)自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为60个月。
融资租赁的付款总额约为人民币1188.4万元(相当于约港币1331万元)，当中包括(a)租赁本金付款人民币1000万元(相当于约港币1120万元)及(b)租赁利息总额以及附带文件项下的其他费用及开支约人民币188.4万元(相当于约港币211万元)。租赁本金及利息均将于租期内每季支付。
资产包括承租人位于中国江西省萍乡市的若干指定供热设备及设施。承租人将承担与资产有关之任何维护、税项及其他成本及征费。
订立融资租赁及附带文件乃绿金租赁之一般及正常业务过程之一，并预期将为本集团提供稳定收益及现金流量。 董事认为，融资租赁及附带文件以及其项下拟进行之交易乃以公平基准按正常商业条款订立，属公 平合理且符合本集团及股东的整体最佳利益。
