快科技1月18日消息，内存疯狂涨价，直接喂饱了三星。
韩媒Business Korea报导，三星电子于内部确认并正式公布了2025年度超额业绩激励（OPI）各事业部的支付比例，支付日期定为1月30日。
其中，三星电子的设备解决方案（DS）部门（负责半导体业务）今年将获得相当于年薪47%的绩效奖金（OPI），较去年的14%大幅提升，主要得益于通用DRAM和高带宽内存（HBM）业绩的大幅提升。
适用于包含记忆体、晶圆代工（Foundry）与系统LSI（ System LSI）在内的各业务单位。
其中，晶圆代工事业部去年取得亮眼成绩，与特斯拉签下史上最大供应合约，总额达22.8兆韩元；系统LSI事业部则与苹果签约，供应下一代iPhone影像感测器。
移动体验（MX）事业部因Galaxy S25与Fold 7系列销售强劲，可分配到50%的奖金比率，成为三星表现亮眼的事业支柱。
在设备体验（DX）大部门中，MX事业部获批50%；负责电视业务的视觉显示（VD）、数码家电（DA）、网络以及医疗设备事业部均为12%；管理支持、汽车零部件以及音频子公司Harman则获批39%。
OPI每年发放一次，当所属事业部绩效超过年初设定目标时，奖金可达个人年薪的最高50%，且总额不得超过超额利润的20%。
三星电子1月8日公布的第四季度初步业绩显示，营业利润达20万亿韩元，其中DS部门贡献约80%（约16-17万亿韩元）。
