智通财经APP讯，远航港口(08502)发布公告，于2026年1月20日，池州港控股(公司间接拥有72%权益的附属公司 )与承包商中溧建设集团有限公司订立设备采购安装工程合同，据此，承包商将负责代价约人民币2900.1万元的设备建设工作。
根据设备采购安装合同，承包商将承担池州江口港区码头的设备建设工作。设备将位于中国安徽省池州巿池州经济技术开发区江口港区，承包商将负责装船系统( 包含装船机一台、带式输送机两台、尾部地坑料斗一台及抑尘系统一套 )及四套带式输送机封闭廊道配套设施制造、安装、技术服务、培训服务、调试、试车和验收工作。承包商也须于缺陷责任期内按照设备采购安装合同承担设备建设缺陷修复义务。
设备建设是因应池州江口港区码头设备升级垒代的需要，淘汰部分技术较为落后的设备，提升企业技术水准，并可享受国家政策性支持。此外，设备建设亦可以满足江口港区码头规划和环保要求，将有利池州港控股港口业务的长期发展，并提升其于中国安徽省池州市内陆港口营运商市场的竞争力。
