趣致集团（00917）发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度（本年度）将取得扭亏为盈，净利润介乎人民币2.7亿元至人民币3.3亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的净亏损为人民币16.63亿元。扭亏为盈主要由于若干关键因素：集团持续加大对研发的长期投入，尤其在AI应用及智能交互领域形成了深厚且扎实的技术积累，推动终端AI互动营销能力的持续提升。同时，相关技术能力的成熟应用有效优化了运营效率与交付能力，并逐步转化为业务规模的扩张，从而支持了本年度收入及利润的稳步增长；及截至2024年12月31日止年度有集团可转换可赎回优先股转换为普通股产生的非现金一次性公允价值亏人民币18.99亿元，但本年度并无有关公允价值亏绌。
