ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Strategy 去年 11 月在欧洲推出首个非美国市场的永续优先股 Stream（STRE）试图复制其在美国市场高收益优先股模式，该产品面值 100 欧元，年化分红 10%，但最终仅以 80 欧元折价发行，共募资约 7.15 亿美元，上市后市场反应持续低迷。
分析认为 STRE 失败有几个结构性原因，首先 STRE 在卢森堡 Euro MTF 上市，而包括盈透证券在内的大型经纪平台及许多面向散户的平台均不支持交易，导致产品难以被零售与机构获取，其次该产品缺乏透明的历史定价和可靠的市场数据。目前 Strategy 尚未就 STRE 的后续安排释放更多信息，市场关注其是否会继续深耕并扩张欧洲，还是将重心维持在已推出四只永续优先股产品的美国市场。
