智通财经APP讯，小鱼盈通(00139)发布公告，于2026年1月22日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理同意作为本公司代理按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人认购最多2.46亿股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份0.16港元。假设于本公告日期至完成日期，本公司的已发行股本并无任何变动，最多2.46亿股配售股份相当于于本公告日期，本公司现有已发行股本约20.00%，及经配发及发行所有配售股份扩大的本公司已发行股本约16.67%。
每股配售股份的配售价0.16港元相当于：股份于2026年1月22日在联交所所报收市价每股0.175港元折让约8.57%;及股份于紧接配售协议日期前最后五个连续交易日在联交所所报平均收市价每股0.184港元折让约13.04%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项所得款项总额将约为3930万港元。经扣除配售事项附带的所有相关开支后，所得款项净额估计约为3830万港元。本公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用于清偿本集团负债及用作本集团一般营运资金。
