智通财经APP讯，宝发控股(08532)发布公告，于2026年1月20日，星威(香港)有限公司(呈请人)根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例的规定，向香港高等法院提交针对公司全资附属公司宝发建筑工程有限公司(宝发建筑)的清盘呈请。该呈请寻求对宝发建筑作出清盘命令，并已排期于2026年4月8日进行聆讯。
该呈请乃针对一项由土地审裁处于2025年6月23日颁布的判决所产生的未偿还判决债务约41.6万港元(包括讼费)而提出。此争议缘于一份旧有的租赁协议。公司与呈请人曾于2025年12月达成和解协议，债务余额约为26.1万港元。鉴于公司未能按协议如期支付，呈请人寻求对宝发建筑作出清盘命令。截至本公告日期，高等法院并未就宝发建筑颁布任何清盘令。
公司认为所涉及的金额对集团整体的营运及财务状况并不重大。公司将尽快联络呈请人，以期偿付未偿还债务及友好解决此事。公司亦正寻求法律意见，以决定就该呈请采取适当的应对行动，目标在于保障公司及其股东整体的利益。董事会相信此事将能及时获得妥善解决。
