智通财经APP讯，中原建业(09982)公布，于2026年1月23日，公司控股股东Joy Bright Investments Limited(Joy Bright)(由司主席兼非执行董事胡葆森先生全资拥有 )作为卖方，与King Link International Investment Limited(买方)(由黄永恒先生全资拥有)订立买卖协议，卖方向买方出售公司合共约3.866亿股股份，相当于公司已发行股本约10.00%，代价为约港币3981.59万元。出售事项将紧接于协议日期后完成。
紧接于完成后，Joy Bright于约13.58亿股股份中拥有实益权益，相当于公司已发行股本约35.13%。因此，Joy Bright仍为公司的控股股东及公司的最大股东。买方持有公司已发行股本约10.00%，并成为公司的主要股东。
