金吾财讯 | 香港地产股普涨，截至发稿，九龙仓置业(01997) 涨5.04%，新鸿基地产(00016)涨3.9%，恒隆地产(00101)涨1.4%，新世界发展(00017)涨1.26%，长实集团(01113)涨1.25%。香港地产股的业绩季将于1月底展开，摩根大通发表报告指出，预计大多数公司的盈利或已见底，2026财年有望反弹。摩通预计，2025财年地产股盈利平均按年下跌7%。其中，太古地产受资产处置收益带动，预计盈利增长17%，表现最佳；新鸿基地产及长江实业预计录得低个位数增长。相对而言，恒基地产因缺乏农地收回及资产处置，盈利或跌逾30%；而新世界发展仍可能录得亏损，但亏损幅度料收窄。
