智通财经APP获悉，周五，美股锂矿概念股多数上涨，截至发稿，Sigma Lithium(SGML.US)涨超15%，智利矿业化工(SQM.US)涨超1%，Lithium Americas(LAC.US)微涨。消息面上，Sigma Lithium表示，公司已额外售出10万吨高纯度锂粉，同时矿山的复工正按计划推进，预计将于本月完成。
公司称，此次出售的锂粉来自其位于巴西维多利亚港(Port of Vitória)的库存，成交价格以上海金属市场(SMM)指数为基准的市场化定价机制确定。按折算口径计算，销售价格相当于每吨含1%氧化锂的调整后最终净价140美元。
在经营层面，Sigma Lithium同时强烈否认近期部分媒体关于其遭遇“运营禁令”的报道。此前有消息称，公司被巴西劳动与就业部“勒令停产”。Sigma Lithium澄清称，相关报道歪曲了巴西劳动与就业部一项例行行政程序的性质，公司并未被关闭，相关说法与事实不符。
公司强调，矿山复工进度与既定计划一致，销售与运营活动保持正常推进。
