Meta(META.US)首席技术官周三表示，公司新成立的人工智能实验室已于本月在内部交付了首批备受瞩目的 AI 模型。
在达沃斯世界经济论坛年会期间的一次新闻简报会上，首席技术官安德鲁·博斯沃思表示，去年组建的 Meta 超级智能实验室团队所构建的模型展现出了巨大的潜力。
博斯沃思说表示，“他们开展这项工作基本上只有六个月，甚至还不到，”并补充道该团队的 AI 模型表现“非常出色”。
媒体曾在 12 月报道称，Meta 正在研发一款代号为 Avocado(牛油果)的文本 AI 模型，计划于第一季度发布；同时还在研发一款代号为 Mango(芒果)的图像和视频模型。博斯沃思并未明确说明此次在内部交付的是哪些模型。
在首席执行官马克·扎克伯格采取重大举措改组 AI 领导层、组建新实验室并以天价薪酬挖角人才后，Meta 的努力一直受到密切关注。扎克伯格希望公司能在竞争异常激烈的技术前沿领域取胜。
此前，Meta 曾因其 Llama 4 模型的表现而面临批评。与此同时，谷歌等竞争对手已在这一转型性且利润丰厚的 AI 竞赛中占得先机。
博斯沃思表示，该技术尚未最终完成。
在谈到一般开发周期时，博斯沃思说：“在 AI 领域，‘训练后’(post-training)还有海量的工作要做，这样才能确保交付的模型无论对内还是对消费者都具备可用性。”
不过他表示，Meta 在 2025 年的重大豪赌已开始显示出良好的回报。
