四川省第五批农村致富带头人名单

农村致富带头人的认定范围包括农业技术推广带头人、开拓农产品市场带头人、产业融合发展带头人、增收致富带头人等在各个农业领域起到明显示范带动作用的人才。

对评定出的农村致富带头人我省将给予多种扶持措施，包括优先给予奖补、农村基础设施建设补助、特色产业发展扶持、创业就业扶持、农村电商扶持、基础要素保障扶持、创业能力培训扶持以及发展资金奖励等，以充分发挥农村致富带头人在有效参与乡村全面振兴、促进农村经济和社会事业发展、带动周边群众实现共同富裕等方面的引领作用，聚合优秀人才服务乡村全面振兴。
