AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) issued SG$150 million worth of 4.1% subordinated perpetual bonds under its SG$750 million multicurrency debt issuance program, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
DBS Bank, Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39) and United Overseas Bank (SGX:U11) acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners for the Series 005 bonds.
The bonds are expected to be listed and quoted on Jan. 22, the filing said.
