智通财经APP讯，云工场(02512)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布，无锡云展(本公司的间接全资附属公司)于透过挂牌出售招标成功竞得位于中国江苏省无锡市新梅路81号的该土地的土地使用权后，于2026年1月19日与无锡新吴资源中心订立转让协议。收购事项的代价为人民币7411.12万元，无锡云展已支付人民币1482万元作为挂牌出售招标的竞拍保证金。
该土地指透过挂牌出售招标出让的位于中国江苏省无锡市新梅路81号的建筑物及地块(好莱坞)，总占地面积约35040.5平方米。
凭借本集团长期的技术积累、对分布式计算的持续投入、成熟的供应链体系及自研的算力资源调度平台，本集团计划建立立足长三角地区及面向全国的智算中心。此举符合国家“东数西算”倡议以及《关于深入实施“东数西算”工程加快构建全国一体化算力网的实施意见》。收购事项乃本公司顺应外部战略机遇，提升本公司“云–边–端”协同基础设施，为其发展“边缘智能基座”的核心策略提供关键支持的重要举措。通过收购事项，本集团将能够发展其自有智算服务，以根据其战略实施业务扩展。
