Getty Realty CIO Olear to Retire; Ryan to Succeed

Getty Realty Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer Mark Olear is retiring at the end of February.

The real estate investment trust said Tuesday that Robert Ryan, currently senior vice president of acquisitions, will be named chief investment officer once Olear retires on Feb. 27.

The operating chief role will not be backfilled, the company said.

Olear is expected to continue to provide advisory and consulting services to Getty following his retirement.
