格隆汇1月22日丨 庄臣控股(01955.HK)公告，于2026年1月21日，香港廉政公署到访公司香港主要营业地点执行搜查令。董事会亦于同日获悉，公司一名高级管理层成员及两名雇员(三人均非董事会成员)("相关雇员")被廉署拘留，以调查相关雇员涉嫌触犯香港法例第201章防止贿赂条例第9(1)条。公司将监察此事宜，并于适当时候征询必要的法律意见。 于本公告日期，除上文所披露者外，据董事会所深知及确信：(i)公司概无董事及╱或其他雇员就调查被拘捕；及(ii)公司或公司任何附属公司、董事及╱或雇员概无被廉署提出检控。董事会认为，于本公告日期，集团的业务及营运维持正常。公司正在获取有关调查的进一步资料。公司将根据上市规则适时作出进一步公告。 公司已向联交所申请，自2026年1月23日上午九时正起恢复公司股份买卖。
