Sanden (TYO:6444) has met all listing maintenance criteria for the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market as of Dec. 31, 2025, after previously falling short on the circulating share ratio, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The company said it satisfied the requirement following measures to improve share distribution, including a November transfer of 2 million shares by its parent, Hisense Japan Automotive Air-Conditioning Systems, through an off-auction TSE trade.
Sanden said the move increased the circulating share ratio to 25.68%, above the 25% threshold.
