智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国香港的营销公司AM PM Group(AMPM.US)周二提高了其即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)的拟议发行规模，该公司主要提供活动管理、内容创作及知识产权(IP)展览服务。AM PM Group目前计划通过发行380万股股票筹集1700万美元，发行价区间为每股4至5美元。此前，该公司曾申请以相同的价格区间发行150万股股票。按修订后的发行规模的中间价计算，AM PM Group将比此前预期多筹集150%的资金，公司市值将达到1.29亿美元。
AM PM Group是一家服务型机构，其业务组合涵盖营销和内容制作价值链的多个领域。其业务运营主要分为三大板块：活动管理与装饰(占2024年收入的23%)、内容制作与设计(占收入的48%)以及知识产权(IP)展览(占收入的48%)。
AM PM Group成立于2009年，在截至2025年6月30日的12个月里，公司销售额达到1000万美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所美国板块上市，但尚未选定股票代码(RC股票代码：AMPM.RC)。Prime Number Capital是此次交易的独家账簿管理人。
