智通财经APP获悉，聚智科技发展有限公司(以下简称：聚智科技)于2025年7月23日第二次所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2026年1月23日失效，递表时新华汇富为其独家保荐人。
据招股书，聚智科技是一家母婴电子产品制造商，主力经营婴儿监护器，旨在提升父母与婴儿的日常生活质素。多年来，公司在母婴电子产品领域孕育及发展“HelloBaby”品牌。公司于2016年开始通过亚马逊销售婴儿监护器，自此在全球各大主流市场建立据点，并以北美及欧洲为重心。
为实现稳定安全的讯号传输，聚智科技自主研发2.4GHz无线数字音视频婴儿监护器软件，让父母可以在远距离实时查看及听到婴儿的状况，同时支援双向通话和环境参数监测。于往绩记录期间，公司开发无数畅销产品。截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司的婴儿监护器及其他产品销量贴近140万件，创下历史新高。
