智通财经APP讯，友联国际教育租赁(01563)发布公告，于2026年1月22日(交易时段后)，出租人友联国际融资租赁(深圳)有限公司(作为出租人)为本公司的附属公司，与承租人龙口市正和商贸有限公司(作为承租人)订立融资租赁协议II，据此(i)出租人同意以代价人民币2700万元向承租人购买租赁资产II;及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租租赁资产II，租赁期为36个月，租赁总额约为人民币2933.55万元，即租赁本金及租赁利息的总和。
融资租赁协议II项下的租赁资产II包括承租人的制冷设备、温度感测器和物流设备，总帐面价值约为人民币2962.25万元。
融资租赁协议乃于出租人之日常及一般业务过程中订立，预期为本集团带来稳定融资租赁收入及现金流量。董事认为，融资租赁协议及其项下拟进行的交易乃按一般商业条款公平合理地进行，并符合本集团及股东的整体利益。
